Nearing the ultimate milestone of 300 strength speed stamina records, Paddy Doyle once gain showed that he can not only push himself to the wall but go straight through it. Doyle achieved the following feats of strength endurance challenges:

  • Ten consecutive one arm push ups carrying 55lb back pack in 12.03 secs.
  • Ten consecutive step ups on a 15 inch bench carrying 55lb back pack in 15.06 secs.
  • Ten non stop burpees {para jumps} carrying 55lb back pack in 25.01 secs.
  • Twenty non stop push ups carrying 55lb back pack in 17.01 secs.
  • Eighty eight strict squats carrying 55lb back pack in 2 mins
  • Sixty six alternative squat thrusts carrying 55lb back pack in 1 minute.

His fitness endurance challenge feats now total 279, with only 21 fitness endurance titles to go before reaching the World Record target.
