Multi Guinness World Record Holder Paddy Doyle smashed two more cross country records on Sunday 28 September. The boxing martial arts coach broke the 5 mile cross country record in 1 hr, 9 mins, 27 secs. After a short break he attempted the Guinness World Record for the cross country 10 km speed march carrying a 60 lb back pack completing it in a time of 1 hr, 22 mins, 41 secs. His final tough attempt was the cross country half marathon carrying the same weight finishing in a time of 2 hrs, 51 mins, 02 secs.
Doyle said ” I am looking forward for the 350 milestone record on 6 December I have worked very hard to get this far and have gone through a lot of injuries and pain.”
He has now achieved a career 348 fitness endurance records under five different sporting disciplines, currently holding 215.
