Case Study: Ex-Mil secures key role for a leading Sat Coms company

Challenge

Ex-Mil Recruitment was approached by the company who had been trying to source a candidate to join their team through other recruitment companies but with no success. Although they were getting CVs and interviewing candidates on a ad hoc basis, it quickly became clear that other agencies simply didn’t fully understand what they were looking for.

The company finally came across Ex-Mil Recruitment and within a very short period of time, we were able to understand exactly the type of candidates they needed for this role.

Solution

Once we understood the needs of the client in regard to this particular role, we initiated a search of our database, as well as advertising the role online and were quickly able to create a shortlist of potential and interested candidates.

Results

We submitted three candidates to the client and they chose to interview two of them. After this, there was one clear stand-out candidate and the company were happy to progress to making an offer.
