We were tasked with seeking out a film set medic role for a leading medical events company. Time
was the difficult factor here as the client required quality applicants available for an immediate start,
living within a reasonable commute of the location and with the particular skillset required for what
has the potential to be a challenging role.


Our consultant, Sue, had worked in the field herself and had a strong understanding of the
personality traits required for the role. The obvious start was to have a look for potential candidates
from our existing talent pool and then to devise an advert to place on the website and social media.
We then worked closely with our client to ensure we found them the best available candidates to
choose from.


The adverts provided an exceptionally strong candidate pool to work from. Sue contacted each
applicant individually for an informal discussion surrounding the role, and from there fed back to the
client so they could decide which candidates they wanted to meet for a formal interview. Five
candidates were put forward for the role, with two progressing to interview and the successful
candidate starting promptly the following week.
