An adaptable and delivery focused Operations Property Management and Estates Professional with expertise in managing major capital expenditure and building maintenance programs across complex property portfolios. Since being with SG in April of 2010, together with others, I have helped the company grow from 385, to over 2000. The company has continually grown from an increased turnover from $50m, to now over $80m. SG has moved on from just a maintenance company to a fully-fledged Integrated Property management company that is the leader in the market. With international experience across the commercial, industrial and not-for-profit sectors, I have designed and implemented innovative and visionary full lifecycle investment and maintenance programs across a diverse range of multi-site portfolios. These have included Presidential Palaces, hospitals, teaching establishments, office towers, conference centres and five and three star hotels. From tendering and commissioning to planned and preventative maintenance and facilities management, ensuring value, sustainability and the highest quality standards are enshrined throughout the process. An empowering leader, thriving in inspiring and supporting internal and external teams to deliver I create an environment of collaboration with a strong team spirit that encourages high performance. Leading from the front, I embody the high professional standards with values of accountability and openness.
