An HND qualified Aircraft Technician with 32 years experience, having worked on various fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Qualified on Merlin Mk 3,3i,3a and Mk4 attaining, third signature qualification for work card co-ordination (700C), Gold ESP, completed all trade courses for Merlin, successfully passing a trade board for Avionics and Mechanical systems. Always operates at the highest standard, whilst mentoring subordinates to operate in the same vein. Of sound judgement and capable of managing concurrent work packages, motivating the work force to achieve deadlines. Effective at fault diagnosis having been employed as a supervisor on Sea Harrier, Lynx, Sea King and Merlin platforms. A flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic and tenacious with enviable organisational skills. Has regularly planned and co-ordinated scheduled maintenance on aircraft. I also have attended training courses with regards to Human Factors.
