I am currently serving in the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), following seventeen years of service in the Royal Air Force. A pilot and flying instructor by trade, I have diversified into senior positions within the Headquarters functions of the New Zealand Defence Force. I am responsible for the RNZAF's workforce planning strategies, leading a small team. Returning to the UK in 2022 is my aim, and I would like to work in the Bristol area as this would suit my family situation.
