Leaving The Forces - Ex-Mil Interviews
As you may have seen in one of our previous newsletters, we like to hear about your experiences of leaving the Armed Forces, as a way of helping others prepare to do the same. So, if any of you are willing to be interviewed about how you have planned your exit; what you have learned and the successes you have had, we'd love to hear from you. Email us at:...firstname.lastname@example.org. Cheers!
Our Poll Question
On Armistice Day, Fraser Nelson wrote an article in the Spectator, Remember The Living, suggesting that the UK create a British version of the US Veterans Affairs Department, thus ensuring our increasing number of veterans are looked after and honoured properly. So our Poll question is simply "Do you think the UK should have a US style Veterans Department?". Let us know your opinion on the Ex-Mil Recruitment website. Thanks
The Wind Section
An old man, as he gets on, realises that he is suffering from terrible wind.
And it is getting worse.
On the plus side - the wind is silent...
But the less than pleasant aspect is the fact they smell terrible... no... really terrible.
So old man visits his doctor and says:
"Doctor - I'm suffering from terrible wind - it's silent but smells awful...what can you recommend?"
The Doctor says:
"Hmm - how about a hearing aid?"
