The Role
This is a very important position within a market leading company experiencing dramatic growth with the ambition to venture out into new industries.
As a sales and service executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, external sales executives and warehouse team. This role is extremely fast paced and not for the faint hearted. Applicants must be dedicated, articulate, computer literate, resilient, and ready to take on new challenges each and every day. Being responsible for millions of pounds worth of merchandise being delivered, you will be expected to make important decisions in a high pressure environment, and deliver results.
This is not a 9-5 job, and not for 9-5 people. The role is geared towards those with ambition, drive, stamina, determination and a natural desire to succeed in every challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with multiple clients
• Processing large orders and call-offs
• Managing 100+ e-mails per day
• Understanding customer needs, and satisfying them
• Managing large scale projects
• Preparing plans and processes to manage key accounts
• Delivering the highest standard of customer service
• Dealing with difficult clients

Candidate Requirements:
• Sales support experience – logistics/planning
• Experience/knowledge of the construction / manufacturing industry
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Attention to detail
• IT literate - Microsoft office / Excel
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
