Our Client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive who has the drive and tenacity to find and develop new accounts providing solutions for the Service Desk, Client, Patch and Asset Management market.
They are the top partner for the new FrontRange solutions and have satisfied clients in many business areas including: Public Sector, Outsourcers, Logistics, Auto, Legal.
They are looking for an Internal Sales executives who is willing to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business and building their client base and is driven to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
The Company will provide the product training necessary. Their success is based on expert knowledge and working with their partners to provide powerful reasons for clients to purchase solutions which ensure they achieve the best blend of technology and process to drive more value for their business.

The Internal Sales Executive needs to be able to demonstrate the following abilities:
• Cold calling with potential customer to prospect for new business on a daily basis to build pipeline, and book either on our webinar programs or individual client workshops.
• Present our products and services in a structured professional way.
• Learn enough about the Company solutions to be able to challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Listening to customer requirements appropriately to make a sale.
• Work with the sales team to make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
• Work with the sales team to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Respond in a timely fashion to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses, potential job titles and requirements and record this and sales and order information, emails and quotes into Sales Force.
• Create your own call out strategies based on Company’s clients profiles plus review current market information
• Create your own prospect lists.
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to exceed team and personal targets;
• Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
• IT experience.
• ‘Can do’ attitude.

They are a small consultancy who work together as a team to achieve their goals and are looking for a team player.

The Company is an Asset Management Consultancy who specialises in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Help Desk solutions which they supply to large SME, Corporate and Public Organisations. The Company supports this with high-calibre account management, impartial advice and advanced expertise at all times.
Their Clients portfolio includes the The Home Office, DfT, EDF, Mercedes Benz and many Councils.
The company is small and all employees are expected to work as a team and support one another. You may therefore be asked, from time to time, to undertake other duties by your Manager or a Director of the Company that is within your range of skills and abilities.
This job description may be varied in consultation with the post holder to reflect evolving needs of the business.

Person specification
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• Computer literate/keyboard skills
• At least 2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the Service Desk/Help Desk (or related) industry – with product vendors such as Landesk, Remedy, Altiris, Hornbill and Frontrange
• Excellent telephone skills
• High degree of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
• Knowledge of Sales Force an advantage

Intellectual Demands
• Must have minimum ‘O’ level/GCSE Maths and English
• Must be able to deal with technical product information
• Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (in relation primarily to database management)
