Manpower Executive (277jc) vacancy in Herefordshire ()

My client is a world leader in mine clearance and associated tasks across the globe and they are now seeking a Manpower Executive to join their expanding and dynamic team.

You will be reporting to the Operation Director and your role will be to assist in the sourcing and selection of personnel to operate in the field.

Therefore your key tasks and responsibilities will include:-
• Source and select prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements
• Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors on the Operations Database
• Monitor and update Manpower section of Operations Database with any changes to field staff availability/training/skills/generate staff requisitions
• Field contractor pre-vetting including CV and Information Form review, via telephone, Skype and face to face meetings.
• Maintain accurate paper and electronic manpower records and conduct regular audits
• Produce and update corporate CVs
• Coordinate, develop and contribute to project briefings and de-briefings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external manpower agency to assist with completion of manpower processes
• Process expenses and mobilisations for external or generic Introductory Meetings/Briefings
• Other duties as outlined by Line Manager

• Previous recruitment experience
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent English writing skills
• Excellent IT skills (mainly MS Word and Outlook)
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent Comprehension skills

The ideal individual would probably be either ex RLC/RE or AGC who has a background of operational management or manpower planning and who is able to multi task and work within an organisation with changing priorities.
