Project Managers (286jc) vacancy in London and Home Counties ()

My client, an automotive services company are now expanding into the Facilities Management sector are now looking for a number of Project Managers.

You will be reporting to the Project and General Manager and your role will be to manage a set of projects (some small, some larger) so, effectively, managing a number of team leaders and sub-contractors. You would be responsible for ensuring smooth running of projects, managing supplies, quality etc. and, again, excellent communication and rapport building.

Typical types of work covered will include:-
• Irrigation systems (installation and/or servicing)
• Legionnaires/water testing
• Specialist/High Level cleaning services
• Painting and refurbishment
• Building and groundworks
• Shop fitting/stud-walling
• Plumbing services and toilet refits
• Woodwork/carpentry (internal and external)

To be eligible for this role you will need some project management and communications skills and also have the ability to run a number of small teams of personnel, often in various locations across your area. Ability to multi task is a must, as well as having a strong sense of humour. You will also need to hold a driver’s licence as you will be travelling from site to site on a daily basis.
