We have an exciting opportunity for an experinced Project Manager to join our Central Services team in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire for a 12 month fixed term period.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project from the current development stage through to the launch of the new award in September 2017.

This role will be well suited to an experienced Project Manager who has taken the lead on project management in a similar environment and has the ability to manage colleagues to achieve success including senior managers and external stakeholders.

Brief outline of duties
•Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the Education, military veterans and charity sectors to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
•Be able to use Microsoft Project and manage all the tasks on time and to the required standard
•Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Keep the project on track and provide regular project status reports to the project lead and a number of other internal groups, to the relevant level of detail to improve awareness at each level
•Develop and manage the risk register
•Develop and manage all the sub plans, contingency plans and day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
•Manage project budget and conduct forecast of outturn on a monthly basis
•Arrange all staff training for each Award in development, including the Character Award as priority
•Manage and arrange all Advisory Group or other supporting sub-group meetings
•Manage all the procurement of all Award marketing and training resource materials
•To devise a system of monitoring and managing financial restricted funds across the organisation including producing quarterly updates to all fund holders
•To co-ordinate all internal projects
