You will be delivering my client’s “concept to concourse" solutions working as part of the team to deliver for the business. Delivering for the customer the right product, at the right time and for the right price. Ensuring that every aspect of the value chain delivers for customers and the business, in keeping with the brief and critical path.

You will be reporting to the Managing Director and your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the end to end process of the manufacturing of the product
• Ensure operational tasks are kept simple and efficient, avoiding complexity and make sure systems and processes are in place to deliver efficiently and effectively
• Manage staff, ensuring they are delivering to their job roles and the behaviours expected by the business
• Manage staff training to ensure that all staff are skilled to do their jobs and there is cross fertilisation of skills in order to deliver
• Work closely with peers in Operations and Sales to deliver for the business
• Work to deadlines and moving critical paths.
• Manage team to ensure flexibility and high levels of productivity at all times
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs

The ideal individual would be someone who has left the services and has experience in working in the print industry for several years, however they are also open to personnel who are leaving the military and who have strong man management skills in a production type operations, i.e. workshop type environment.
