My client, one of the leading TSCM companies in the UK are new seeking an experienced Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) &Technical Services Manager to join their expanding and Leading Edge Company.

Job Description
An exciting management role, the successful candidate will manage, develop and oversee all aspects of TSCM, RF Attenuation, technical and counter-espionage services to clients in the public and private sector on a global basis.

Based in Surrey, the role will involve periodic overseas travel as well as UK travel. The successful candidate will be involved in service delivery; research and development; TSCM; counter-espionage briefings and training, with opportunities for networking and further development.

Successful candidates will be expected to undertake Security Clearance.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Broad knowledge of TSCM technologies and associated skillset
• General knowledge of INFOSEC / ICT techniques
• Experience in TSCM techniques and equipment’s
• Capable of staying abreast of new technologies
• Knowledge of Risk, Threat and Vulnerability issues; Conduct Risk & Vulnerability Assessments.
• Good working knowledge of the Internet, WORD, EXCEL and Microsoft Outlook
• Client focused; Self-motivated and excellent team player
• Cost sensitive and able to deliver VFM on all areas of TSCM business
• Able to work with colleagues to deliver company objectives within agree timescales
• Good oral and written skills
• Able to communicate with a range of clients of various grades and disciplines
