You will initially part of a team of 18 personnel on a site, but will quickly progress with training and development to “Responsible Person†on site. Further training in becoming a multi Skilled operative, and you will therefore gain additional recognised trade skills, i.e. Electrician, Plasterer, Joiner etc.
