Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate technical and leadership skills from an automotive workshop background.
• Possessing an appropriate engineering qualification, you must have the ability to communicate effectively both on the shop floor and with senior management, whilst working to the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and with an acute awareness of Health and Safety guidelines.
• This post would suit someone wishing to make a first step into a management role in the civilian transport industry and provides a good opportunity for career progression.
My client is offering a salary in the region of £30,000 for the right candidate this post.
