Are you an experienced Test Pilot who has graduated from one of the ‘Big-4’ military test pilot schools? Do you hold a recognised teaching qualification or do you have at least 4 years’ instructional experience? If you answer yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you.

My client is looking for Test Pilot instructors to help improve the training for the next generation of Test Pilots. The school was established over 70 years ago to train the best Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers; that is still their goal today.

Their motto ‘Learn to Test, Test to Learn’ is at the heart of their teaching; they aim to teach experienced pilots and aerospace engineers, from around the world, the philosophy and skills required to undertake all forms of test flying, to become qualified Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers.

They are looking for Fixed Wing and Rotary Test Pilots to help design new courses to provide their students with the underpinning practical knowledge to conduct experimental flight test on the latest airborne platforms.

You will work within a team of civilian and military instructors with experience and knowledge in flight test gained from the real world testing of current military systems. Based in Wiltshire there are opportunities for both full and part time roles.

To be eligible for this role you will need to also be able to pass UK security vetting procedures and standards.
