Aviation Security Training Instructor vacancy in Doncaster or London (253jc)

My client is an expanding company with an ever growing global client list, who are recognised by the ICAO to deliver approved Aviation Security Training, and they are now seeking additional experienced trainers to join their team.

They have opportunities for dynamic, passionate and resilient Aviation Security Training Instructors, with experience of the full training cycle, that are able to develop the knowledge, competence and confidence in those responsible for implementing, supervising and managing security in Airport, Cargo and associated supply chains. Successful candidates will be willing to travel globally and spend extended periods away from the UK.

To be eligible for this role you will have the following experience / competences:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in aviation security training
• DfT / EU qualified to deliver the following training:
1. General Security Officer
2. General Security Supervisor
3. Aviation Security Manager
4. Cargo Manager
• Self-management in the creation and maintenance of associated training records
• The development of training exercises and scenarios to reinforce learning outcomes
• Training on the use of major manufactures X-ray, ETD, AWTMD and Handheld screening equipment

Additionally, the following experience is highly desirable:

• Experience of delivering AvSec quality assurance / inspection training for senior airport / appropriate authority personnel.
• Experience of the full regulated and known supplies regime.
• Experience of delivery with the assistance of an interpreter.
• Experience of prolonged delivery overseas.
• Living and working in environments where additional personal security measures are required.
