Visitor Services Supervisor vacancy in Windsor, Berkshire ()

Encompassing The Savill Garden, Virginia Water, The Valley Gardens and the Long Walk and Deer Park – the Great Park offers a rich tapestry of experiences to discover, with a Royal history spanning over 1,000 years. The gardens and landscapes of Windsor Great Park provide a range of recreational opportunities for many thousands of visitors each year.
Reporting to the Visitor Services Manager, this is an important role central to the smooth operation of the Visitor Services Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Visitor Services Team to ensure delivery of the highest standards of visitor service and engagement and to provide effective and efficient communication between the Crown Estate and the public, ensuring visitor safety and assisting visitors in their enjoyment of the Estate.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an outdoors environment. You will work a shift pattern which will include covering weekends and Bank Holidays, and will need to be able to communicate confidently with members of the public and colleagues.
Ideally candidates will have recent relevant experience in customer service which will demonstrate their ability to be calm and assertive in challenging situations, to be customer focussed and to work effectively and responsibly on their own or as part of a team.
This role will be eligible for housing in accordance with our Housing Policy.
