My client, who have been importing high quality doors & windows from Scandinavia for nearly 40 years and who have been featured on various the TV Shows. They are now looking to recruit a suitably qualified Sales Manager to take over the company’s sales and marketing teams.

You will be reporting to the Managing Director and your role will help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative. You will also be responsible for maximizing their sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Therefore your duties will consist of:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence
• Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Working with all other departments to ensure projects are completed as agreed at the outset with the client
• Analysis of sales figures and profitability of each sale
• Checking all orders before they are processed to ensure they are complete and compliant
• Oversight of marketing to develop website, brochures, showrooms, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Adhere to health and safety legislation taking responsibility for you own health and safety at work and that of others who may be affected by others
• Any other duties that are reasonably asked of you by management

So to be eligible for this role you will need the following:
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in the Timber and Aluminum Doors and Windows Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
