Our client is a leading and innovative manufacturing company producing high quality engineered polymer solutions for a diverse range of international industries, including automotive, transport, off-highway, leisure and speciality markets. As one of Europe’s leading manufacturers they provide a complete concept to production service from customised product development, to finishing’s and coatings, inspired by over 5o years of experience within the industry whose services include:
Product design for manufacture
Materials and process selection
Rapid prototyping
Production tooling
Production component supply for thermoformed and PU components.
They are now looking to bring on board a further Maintenance Manager to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 4 electrical and mechanical engineers (including reviews, career progression and day to day management)
• Oversee and assist where necessary in the planned & predictive maintenance of all machinery (injection moulding), this includes reacting to breakdowns
• Liaise with external contractors in regards to all facilities management processes
• Have an understanding of H&S in order to be able to manage all statutory inspections (lifting equipment, LEV, Pressure systems etc) ensuring all RAM’s, safe systems of work and Permits to work are complete.
• Become confident and competent on Frontline (the maintenance software), this shows the servicing schedules, supplier and contractors details, critical spares and more.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• BTEC National Diploma or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
Or
• BTEC National Diploma or City and Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
• If the candidate is one or the other, then experience in the other is beneficial (for example: City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical Engineering then experience in Mechanical Engineering is desirable).
• Level 3 in Management desirable, but experience is essential.

• Hours ~ Monday – Friday 0830 – 1700
• Holidays ~ 23 Days (plus Bank holidays)
