Reporting to the Senior Account Manager the Site Manager will be responsible for the performance of the site overseeing the day to day Operational and Financial performance, ensuring that the specific KPIs are delivered. The Site Manager must ensure that client relations are developed and maintained with regular communication essential for a collaborative relationship. The Site manager will lead their team, ensuring that it develops, that there is clear succession planning in place and that all team members play a key role in delivering and driving the
Key elements to successfully carrying out the role will include KPI performance, client relationship management, leading and developing the team, as well as full financial accountability for the site as well as innovation and add value to the project.
Their client is committed to the highest standards with regards to all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health and the Environment and your role will be to constantly demonstrate a similar commitment and ensure that they are working in conjunction with the relevant QSHE advisor.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following qualifications, knowledge and experience:
• A suitable technical qualification commensurate with a senior leadership role within a building services industry leader

• Confident in managing meetings and articulate
• Ability to sell the ‘solution’
• Ability to influence and hold a position in a debate
• Good Team Player & Manager
• Able to command credibility and be able to influence with all people/clients cross-organisation, board room to boiler room, suppliers & staff
• Minimum 5 years in an Account Management or similar role within the technical services delivery industry
• Significant management experience operating within a multi-site/service sector environment (essential).
• Proven track record in delivering effective customer service whilst maintaining appropriate operating margins (essential).
• Hard working, outgoing and confident team player, who takes pride in their work, capable of showing initiative and is able to think quickly and commercially on their feet.
• Proven record of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce both directly and through others.
• Evidence of having led and achieved business growth
• Experience of delivering successful sales presentations and contributing to the bidding process.
• Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
• Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
• PC Literate – understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
• Communication and presentation skills of high level
This role would probably suit an ex SNCO/WO, or Officer from a technical background, who is able to lead a mixed team of engineers and admin staff, and you would probably come from an electrical or mechanical background from the military or afterwards.
