Based initially in Surrey or Manchester, you will find the ideal candidates Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will source and process candidates for an array of high-level contract or permanent positions. With support from senior experts in the industry, you will be given the tools to excel in attracting candidates through adverts, job boards, and social media. You will show confidence when screening and interviewing candidates in order to match them to suitable vacancies. You will also become adept in advising both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. Further to this, you will learn to demonstrate a range of development techniques in order to gain business from client companies. The role will also involve you in developing a good understanding of clients, allowing you to build strong relationships and excel in the market. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have the skills to learn, understand and integrate into your client teams to ensure that you're harmonising both candidate and client requirements. Your duties for this role will include;
• High focus on winning business for your Division.
• Placing candidates into relevant roles
• You will manage your own desk, taking ownership of your portfolio of clients.
• Ensuring you meet both weekly and monthly KPI's and targets through maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.
• Compliant and conscious of ever-evolving legislation.

• Previous sales experience in any sector is preferred
