Boiler Engineer vacancy in Norfolk (207jc)

My client, who are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of home heating oil are now looking for an engineer to join their expanding team.

You will be reporting to the Service Manager, and your duties will include:
• To work to daily maintenance targets and deliver optimal levels of customer service and represent the Company professionally.
• To actively cross sell the Company’s services and products wherever and whenever possible.
• To keep Company documentation and systems up to date and accurately completed.
• To leave Boiler cards on site or ensure the current cards are updated and left clearly visible to the Customer and subsequent visiting Engineer.
• Ad hoc boiler installation work.
• Ad hoc maintenance and support of external oil tanks
• Ad hoc weekend work to support customer breakdown enquiries

To be eligible for this role, you will need the following skills and abilities:
• Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential and strong values around the delivery of optimal customer services are essential.
• Boiler maintenance work experience is essential gained in a field-based role, preferably in the area of oil fired boiler maintenance.
• Possession of an OFTEC qualification is essential.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.
• Strong IT skills are essential in order to operate the Company’s maintenance system.
• Desire to join a leading UK brand and be part of a rapidly expanding global company is essential.
