Main Responsibility
To assist with the day to day running of the trampoline park. To control different areas of the park operation including Front of House and Parties. This role will include opening and closing up of the business.
The role will also include staff training/first aid and development of staff to ensure our high customer service levels are met.
We need an outgoing person who has a strong understanding of customer service and is keen to develop them-self as a professional people manager. You will be a team player and help us provide an excellent service for our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
To offer leadership to the team
To assist with training, monitoring and developing staff
To assist the management in overseeing the trampoline operation including all aspects of the Health and Safety
To deliver First Aid where appropriate
To operate the sales and booking systems
The ideal candidate will preferably have some supervisory experience who is adept at organising teams and due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will be expected to work some evenings and weekends
