We are a highly respected Niche recruitment consultancy in the Ex-Military sector, who have significantly increased their business foot print and who are going to secure a new contract that will bring in a significant amount of business in the near future. We are looking to build a team or resourcers to service this new and existing business. Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic individual to become a key member of the team based in Maidenhead.

The role will see you resourcing candidates from internal database, job boards and other sources, carrying out initial screening and telephone interviewing candidates prior to submission to the client, arranging interviews, offering roles to candidates and extending rejections to those who were unsuccessful.
