You will be reporting to the Managing Director and Board and you will be responsible for the day to day operations of this company.
Therefore, your role will comprise of:
• Fully responsible for a small and dedicated team of Trainers and the Operations team.
• Implementation of new company initiatives as directed by the MD and Board
• Allocation of budget resources as well as monitoring financial activities
• Improving company administration process
• Ensuring good customer service
• Improving service, ensuring sustainability and meeting business objectives which are set by the board.
To be eligible for this role you should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, and strong leadership qualities. As you will account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet the boards overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and growing professional services organisations, profitably.
