My client is one of the UK's leading engineering support services organisation employing over 28,000 people across the world, who offer a hugely diverse number of career options are now seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineering Academic Lecturer for their operations at Gosport.

They are now seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineering Academic Lecturer to be responsible for the delivery for the academic delivery functions service for EMTC courses and to support the preparation of course modules as directed by the Principle Lecturer.

Therefore, your main tasks will include:
• Managing and instructing military and civilian personnel in Electrical Machine engineering and mathematics modules to Foundation Degree level
• Supervising the conduct of laboratory and assignment work in support of the above.
• Invigilating of examinations and marking assessments and assignments in support of the above.
• Reporting on student performance as required.

What do I need to do the role?

You will hold the minimum qualification of Degree or equivalent in an Electrical engineering or aligned discipline, prior experience in a teaching / instructing role would be beneficial but full training will be provided to upskill to a level where able to deliver academic courses.

You will demonstrate IT literacy and possess excellent communication skills and professional standards.

You will also be eligible to gain and maintain UK SC level Security Clearance.
