Key Skills
The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator and a strong team player, ambitious and driven and have a high level of personal integrity and a highly developed customer empathy.
Proven track record within technical sales (B2B) and sound experience in managing customer relationships is essential as well as international sales experience.
A good understanding of:
• broadcast, satellite communication, RF and electronic equipment (B2B) industry is desirable.
• They will have the responsibility for relationship management and new business development, as well as managing and growing sales to existing customers. Identifying, appointing, and managing partners in territories is also part of the role. The company will allocate customers to Sales Managers geographically, so this role will be responsible for handling all opportunities in a multitude of sectors and countries.
• The successful candidate will have top line responsibility for identifying projects and opportunities and converting these into orders. Working with our sales admin team to ensure new enquires are dealt with accurately quickly and in a professional manner and followed up as per company procedure.
• This role will form an integral part of this strategy, helping to build sales over the next 5 years and beyond.
