Our ideal candidate will bring senior-level experience and have:
 At least 5 years demonstrable technical knowledge and experience of property and facilities management in a multi-tenanted or public building, school or community setting.
 Knowledge of statutory compliance schedules and regulatory inspections in a commercial/public building.
 Strong customer care and team leadership skills.
