A Typical week would include:
• Troubleshooting technical problems
• Provide pre-sales support to sales consultants
• Assist with providing technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Motivate and assist a small team of 1st/2nd line technicians in delivering service and improving knowledge
• Display a high level of customer service skills
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests, where required
• Review application logs to assist with troubleshooting
• Install and test computer-related equipment
You should have:
• Good understanding of IT service provision, goals and practices
• A good understanding of electronics would be advantageous
• Ability to respond to help desk requests
• Excellent telephone manner, written communication skills and the ability to listen and understand customers problems
• a desire to take on responsibility
• and most important a sense of humour
