Our client is looking for an Assurance Executive to join their team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants

Job Scope
Under the direction of the Assurance Manager, the Assurance Executive will be responsible for assurance all documents related to the candidate and escalating any issues with the assurance of locums to the Assurance Manager and must have the willingness and flexibility to undertake varied tasks if required.

Skills & Experience Required
• Extensive experience in previous Administration roles
• Experience of working with documentation at the highest level of accuracy
• Experience of working and contributing ideas within a team
• Experience of working in compliance in similar industries
• Experience of using databases
• Able to work on own initiative and to establish own priorities
• Able to maintain high standards of accuracy
• Able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
• Able to plan and co-ordinate activities
• Able to work co-operatively within a small team
• Able to handle information in confidence and with discretion

Key Tasks
List management
• Ensures only working on appropriate locums notified by Recruitment Consultants (able to evidence).
• Ensure list is still current and prioritised by daily communication with the AM.
• Proactively manages their lists and makes management / sales aware of locums that have been non-responsive or no longer have availability.
CV’s
• Communication with the locum to ensure the CV is up to date.
• Implementing updates as directed by the AM
DBS
• Communication with the locum to ensure the DBS is up to date.
• Proactively Implementing updates to ensure the Locum Part of the application is completed in a timely manner, in advance of its annual expiry.
References
• Responsible for all communication with the referee. Communication with AM regarding any issues.
• Occupational health
• Communication with the locum to ensure the FTW is up to date.
• Proactively Implementing updates to ensure the Locum Part of the application is completed in a timely manner, in advance of its annual expiry.
• Where necessary, travelling to meet Locums to take blood samples (full Phlebotomy training will be provided).
Eligibility to work in the EEA
• Communication with the locum to ensure all necessary evidence of the Locums eligibility to work in the EEA is up to valid and held on file and that this is updated as required.
• license and registration
• Communication with the locum to ensure all necessary evidence of professional license and registration is valid and held on file and that this is updated as required.
Documentation
• Communication with the locum to ensure all necessary assurance documentation and training is current or valid
• Where necessary, travelling to meet Locums to take collect documentation
• Induction days
• Attending induction sessions as required registering new Locums (will involve occasional weekend work).

Other
• Ensuring the Internal Systems are up to date with the latest information
• Undertake confirmation checks.
• Undertake monthly registration checks for working locums.
• Undertake reporting at the direction of the AM.
• Undertake other duties at the discretion of the AM within the jobholder’s competence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to be flexible about working hours on occasions
• Able to work weekends on occasion
• Hold a full driving license

Training will be available if required
• Phlebotomy Trained
• Manual Handling Trained
• Basic Life Support Instructor
