Trainee Site/Project Manager vacancy in Devizes (110jc)

My client is a specialist construction company are now looking for a Trainee Site/Project Manager to become part of their expanding team.

You will be based within their Project Management Department, and you will be reporting to the Project Manage, and initially your role will be to shadow the project managers on their larger projects and supporting them in an administrative capacity before progressing to managing your own smaller projects. You may manage multiple projects at any one time.

Therefore, your responsibilities will include:
• Support the project management lead in their day to day activities,
• Generate project reports/ Updates,
• Provide project progression to clients and to the management team,
• Support Health and Safety,
• Create risk logs,
• Procurement of Tenders,
• Account management of existing suppliers & clients,
• Supporting your client base and updating CRM,
• Sending out quotes, Creating general arrangement drawings

As well as agree project objectives with customers, Organise the resources working on a project, Carry out risk assessments, Making sure that all project objectives are met, Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing, Ensuring change management is controlled, Attend customer and internal meetings as required, Maintain adequate contact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with all work delivered and if they are not satisfied take steps to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is seeking a role in the construction sector as well as the following:
• hold full clean driving licence
• Good Attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Good level of education
