Job purpose:
To provide security and support duties in a professional and courteous manner in line with both the client requirements and Company policies and procedures
Duties to include:
• Liaise daily with Client and Operational teams for visitor/contractors
• Contribute as a team member to ensure the Safety and positive customer experience for all visitors and staff.
• Ensuring access procedures are followed
• Staff Searches
• Item/bag Searches
• Internal and External Foot patrols
• Signing in and out visitors/staff/contractors
• Escalate and complete incident/investigation reports
• Control room duties such as CCTV monitoring/ answering telephone calls/ Completing online or paper documentation
• Dealing with alarms such as fire/intruder
Experience Required:
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence DS or SG Licence.
• 5 year checkable work / career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards.
• Role requires Developed vetting (DV) clearance – can be applied (if not already held )
• Must be IT literate
