You will be driving a 3.5ton van each, collecting wastes from homes and offices, and then dropping off at the local recycling sites, and as the company develops, you will be towing a large trailer as well.
They are seeking individuals who are reasonably fit and healthy, with the ability to move such items as fridges and sofas on their own, and for larger items, they will be doubling up to comply with the H&S regulations.
This would suit someone who lives in or around the Bristol region. My client is also happy for you to take the van home each night, so therefore there will be no travelling expenses
You will be starting on minimum wage, but with a guaranteed 40 hr week, and as the business develops, this could increase to £10+ per hour and expand to extra hours up to 50 -60 hrs per week and my client foresees this to happen after the first 2 – 3 months.
He also has further plans to develop the business in the future that can offer additional development and training for the team members.
