You will be reporting to the Principals and your role will be broken down in to two areas:
• Catering for the two Principals while they are in residence, which have to be freshly cooked and prepared on a daily basis, with consultations with regards to the daily menu.
• Catering for family and friends when they visit the family as well as frequent dinner parties when called upon.
• When the principals are not in residence, you will have additional responsibilities for managing the estate on a daily basis, dealing with personnel and issues as they arrive.
In return they are offering a good starting salary as well as a 2-bed cottage on the estate as well as use of a car.
