Our client is a global recruitment business that supports leading technology companies to build the best sales teams.
They are currently looking for someone with a military background that they can train in all sides of the recruitment process, from identifying and interviewing candidates, to understanding how to sell a recruitment solution. You will have a structured training that will give you the skills necessary to succeed in the role.
Recruitment is a very active career, and your day will be spent on the phone, speaking to candidates about live roles that you are currently recruiting for, as well as pitching a recruitment solution to a wide range of companies within the IT space.
To be successful, you need a competitive drive that supports you to work hard to find and match the right candidates to the available roles.
You will also need to be a confident communicator and a fast learner, as our client deals with technology roles and expect you to demonstrate knowledge when speaking to both candidates and clients. A passion for technology will help you to succeed within this position.
This role is paying a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 and you will have the opportunity to earn commission from day one. By performing on target, you will be able to earn circa £30,000 - £40,000 within your first year, with the average consultant earning £45,000 – £65,000 in year 2.
