Project Engineer vacancy in Netherlands (214jc)

My client, who are an established Construction Management Company who look after a variety of major construction projects across Europe are now seeking a Project Engineer for several projects in Netherlands in and around Boxmeer and Utrecht.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager and your role will be focused on Document Control.

Therefore, your duties will include:
• Doc Controlling across the entire project including through PIMS (Trg will be given)
• Control of company internal documentation in/ out Datto cloud based server (Trg will be given)
• Management of folders / folder structure on Datto
• Control of documentation in/ out PIMS & transmission of these documents
o Global Engineering Service’s contact in companies database for PIMS (DC)
o Liaising with Company & Contractor personnel in respect of the PIMS information
• Project invoice tracker updates
• Commercial support to preparation of the Organisational Cost Valuation (Trg will be given)
• Commercial support to preparation of the Soft Cost valuation (not hard cost) (Trg will be given)
• Administrative support for the compilation of the TOP binders (Trg will be given)
• Attendance to weekly meetings; white boards, PIMS & electrical mtgs
• Construct Secure tracker updates (Trg will be given)
• Contact person for all COVID-19 testing appointments (HAPS)
• General Administrative duties;
o Project controls updates
o Time sheet updates
o Travel log updates
o Holiday tracker updates
• General office duties, printing etc.

The ideal candidate would probably be someone coming from an Engineering Background with either a mechanical or electrical engineering bias, and if you are leaving the forces now, would probably be someone from a JNCO to SNCO level.
