Our Client provides strategic knowledge and project management and delivery solutions needed to help our business partners successfully grow their infrastructure footprints across Telecoms, Utilities, Highways and Civil Engineering infrastructure sectors.
Working predominately in the public sector and blue-chip private markets, with an increasing involvement into private and developing markets including residential, education and commercial development.

Our Client is looking to employee urgently am ERS Contact Centre Advisor to join the fast-growing team based in Cambridge and flexible remote locations
Reporting To: ERS Contact Centre Manager
Department: Shared Services


Overview of Role
Responsible for providing 24/7 support for fixing of network faults escalated by the client within agreed SLAs mobilising operatives/sub-contractors where appropriate.
Liaising with key client contacts to fully understand the details of the fault and communicate the progress on resolution maintaining clear and accurate records of the incident.

Key Accountabilities
Liaise with client network operations centres (NOC) to understand detail of faults and communicate progress of resolution
Mobilise and co-ordinate operatives/sub-contractors whilst on site repairing the fault and update the client every 30- 60 mins with progress on the job
Compile reports for the previous night’s faults for the ERS Contact Centre Manager
Generate ‘As-builts’ for the BAU works ensuring timely submission to prevent delayed payment
Input new jobs onto Company systems ensuring data entry is accurate and complete
Ensure your work is undertaken safely and in compliance with Company policies and procedures
