2 x Customer Services Managers (288jc) vacancy in SW England and Yorkshire ()

My client who provides advanced internet, communication and multimedia services into the single person accommodation on a number of camps across the UK are now seeking two Customer Services Managers to cover the South West of England and Yorkshire.

The company was established in 2000, has been operating in other sectors where business growth has been significant and ongoing. 2 years ago they began to target the various barracks up and down the UK, and have a number of ongoing contracts with various garrisons and camps.

You will be reporting to the CEO and be responsible for ongoing business development within your region and nationally.

They are now seeking 2 individuals to join their team to assist in the growth in the regions and to further promote their services to other MoD camps and garrisons, as well as promoting their services in current camps and garrisons.

Therefore your duties will be split between the following:-
• Business development, liaison with new camps and garrisons, to find new locations where the service can be offered, and with the assistance of the Head Office Team, act as the companies individual on site, to ensure that the process can run smoothly and with minimal of fuss.
• Liaison with 3rd parties, in respect of carrying out work, ensuring the works will be competed on time and to specification.
• Promotion of services to the service personnel, in respect of services offered and to maximise the take up of the product offered by my client.

To be eligible for these roles, you will need to be able to liaise effectively at all levels, as you will be dealing with Garrison Commanders, Camp Commanders, and other senior personnel to down to single personnel living in Barracks, explaining the offer and benefits of this service.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, but full training will be given, as personality, drive and integrity will be more important.
