Maritime Manning Manager vacancy in Poole ()

Drum Cussac's Maritime Division is a market leader in anti-piracy and maritime security consultancy. We provide specialist advice and security solutions globally to the oil and gas industry, commercial vessels, offshore operators, superyachts, port facilities and energy sector.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maritime Manning Manager. Duties will include the managing and oversee of all aspects relating to the engagement and provision of sub-contracted consultants in support of DC Maritime's operations and training tasks. To ensure that all manning and personnel-related duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with, and in strict adherence to all Drum Cussac relevant HR policies and procedures and all relevant laws and regulations in regards to maritime security. The role will be based in our Poole Office.

The successful applicant will have had experience in a similar position, most likely within a military environment. They will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for being organised and methodical, with the ability to plan and manage all phases of the recruitment, selection and deployment process.

Although full training will be given on the recruitment process, knowledge of Data Protection Act, experience in weapons training / range supervision will be an advantage.

This is a permanent full time position with a salary between £30-£35K pa based on experience.
