KAF Site Coordinator (266jc) vacancy in Kandahar (inside the wire) ()

My client an Afghan owned logistics company are currently bidding on a large logistics project in country and should they be successful will be looking for a Site coordinator to join the team as a key player in this contract.

You will be reporting to the Operations Manager in Kabul and you will be responsible for the following:-
• Validation of trucking assets entered/exited the Kandahar Trucking Yard (KTY).
• Validation of trucking assets staged at ECP-4 and ECP-5.
• Verification of trucking assets processed through ECP-4 and ECP-5.
• Generate a daily KAF report and submit to Operations Cell NLT 1800 hours
• Mandatory to attend an Escort class for escorting non-ISAF personnel onto KAF.
• Assist Military and customer resolve driver/asset issues, cargo concerns and Mission Sheet issues.
• Assist Operations Cell personnel to resolve customer complaints and or Memorandums for Records.
• Daily liaison with Military and customer (KTY, MCT, ECP).
• Travel to KAF and all points previously mentioned with weapon(s) in a non-tactical vehicle

Billeting
• Containerized Housing Units (CHU) usually w/shared bathroom in a secured area.
• $300 USD food allocation per month.
• With a Common Access Card employees can dine at FOB Lindsey.
• Internet provided in CHU.
• How ever you will be responsible for your own medical and dental cover while in theatre.

R&R
• Three 17 day leave periods per year paid with plane ticket

Requirements
• Self-starter and able to operate without supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel & Word).
• Able to supervise.
• Able to effectively communicate with USG movement control team.
• Flexible.

This is an on going contract, and after the first 90 days of the contract a pay rise may be awarded and this is a long term contract.
