After an initial residential training course, you will be:
Working in East Africa on a month on month off basis, you will be dealing with professional expatriates in all aspects of Offshore financial planning. As independent brokers you will be able to offer a full service, with emphasis on retirement and education fee programmes plus everything else that goes to make up the financial well being of the International expatriate.
As one of our consultants you will undertake the following duties.
1. Meet clients on a face to face basis, gather information, understand needs and in turn, offer solutions.
2. Work within a team ensuring the well being of other team members.
3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
4. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
5. Manage the external marketing activities of telemarketing and research.
6. Ensure team members are working to promote the services, professionalism and ethics of the company at all times.
7. Keep up to date with product knowledge and legislative changes within the industry.
8. Attend regular training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
9. Attain CII professional offshore qualification within 12 months.
10. Maintain a computerised customer and prospect database.
