My client and expanding Compliance and Risk management consultancy looking to develop their services in the UK are now seeking a dynamic individual to join their team.

Your duties will include the following:
• Promoting and developing Investigative research and Compliance Risk management services of The company and its wholly owned subsidiaries at United Kingdom, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan specifically, including Integrity due diligence and Investigative Research Services in the purview of FCPA and UK Bribery Act provisions and compliance requirements amongst US and British companies being regional resource of sources across Middle East and Asian Region with ground and local level approaches.
• Promoting and developing strategies that can distinguish the company from related investigative research and risk management services providers in the region.
• Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locating and/or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies and deal requirements, (potential and financial), evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments;
• Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of the new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals;
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Protecting the organization’s values by keeping information confidential;
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations; and
• Enhancing the reputation of the Company by taking responsibility for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

To be eligible for this role you will need to have an extensive sales background within the Banking or risk sectors and will be comfortable with selling a service to the highest levels within the finance sectors. You will also need to be a progressive individual who can build a business and look to recruit additional personnel when required to further expand and develop the service.

In return they are offering an excellent base and benefits package and with the commission you will be looking to earn a potential of £80,000 within 12-18 months.
