In-House Recruiter Berkshire £26,500 – 33,500
Our Client is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to act as partner within the business to manage and deliver an end to end recruitment process which meets the Company requirements to deliver the Programme

Key accountabilities
• To develop strong relationships with the business which build confidence and trust in you as the subject matter expert
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans ensuring successful delivery

Responsibilities
• Work with the business to manage and deliver the end to end recruitment process
• Identify challenges faced by your customers to provide solutions in a cost effective and timely manner
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of means (e.g. direct sourcing, networking, agencies or advertising)
• Developing and maintaining up to date knowledge of the recruitment market in areas of specialism
• Work with the business and the HR Business Partners to understand and inform broader resourcing strategies
• Build positive and credible relationships with customers and candidates to maintain a positive reputation as an individual, team and organisation
• As the subject matter expert provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practice
• Manage suppliers and stakeholders to ensure value for money, service delivery and reduced cost
• Analyse management information to demonstrate progress and delivery. Use this information to inform future recruitment strategies and improvement activities
• To ensure that understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company’s Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards

Qualifications
• Good standard of education
• Psychometric testing qualification would be advantageous

Knowledge
• Current knowledge of recruitment principles, processes, tools and practices is required, as is the ability to quickly develop knowledge outside current expertise
• Understanding of the external recruitment market
• Understanding of the legislative requirements that impact on recruitment
• Knowledge of Oracle based IT system would be advantageous

Experience
• Proven in-house recruitment experience within a large complex organisation
• Evidence of managing a demanding workload ensuring delivery
• Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining relationships with all customers and stakeholders
• Proven experience of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels (e.g. direct sourcing, networking, agencies or advertising) in a cost efficient manner
• Using management information to identify trends and inform decisions on recruitment strategies and improvement activities
• Ideally has experience of psychometric testing

• Pro-active, confident and dynamic, able to build credible relationships quickly and liaise with all levels of staff
• Able to develop positive and effective working relationships with both colleagues and customers
• Influencing and networking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate (word & excel)
• Able to develop knowledge and pick up new skills quickly

Special Requirements

Because of the nature of the work undertaken at my clients' site, this post is required to meet special nationality rules and therefore are only open to British Citizens. All selected candidates will be required to undergo security clearance.
