You will be reporting to the clients on site security manager and you will be responsible for the security of the Grounds, although you may have to do some CP work on occasion thought the year.
To be eligible for this role you must have the following background, skills and qualifications:-
• Bi-lingual oral and written communications in both English and French.
• Hold a valid French Security professional card, CQP or SIA licence
• As part of the selection process you must pass a drug test, an enhanced background check and must be free of personal credit defaults and not have recorded any civil judgements within the past three years.
• Full and valid European Union driver’s license and have no convictions for dangerous driving or driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a Stanton Survey personality tests or an equivalent that is deemed acceptable to Client.
• You will need excellent public relations skills as well as report writing in both French and English as you will need to read, understand and both French and English written rules and regulations
• Candidate must have the ability to recognize situations/individuals that may pose a threat to the public and know how to respond appropriately.
• Candidate must have the ability to carry out routine safety, security and other associated tasks.
• You must be physically fit, able to carry large loads and be able to stand you post for an extended period of time, as well as excellent hearing
However the Shift Leaders will have additional duties with regards to reporting and running of their individual teams which will include, making sure that their team are carry out their duties to the standards that the client requires and reporting of any incidents to the Clients Security Manager as well as external organisation, such as police as required.
In return they are offering an excellent monthly salary for the 6 x RST officers of €2,700 per month and the 3 x Shift Leaders of €3,400 per month. You will be working 8 hour shift with 5 weeks paid holiday per year, however food and accommodation will not be provided by the client and therefore individuals who are living in the area are highly sought
