Business Systems Analyst (138ne) vacancy in Middlesex ()

My client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for Comms, Radio, EW and ECM RF testing are now seeking a Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM) - Siemens Teamcenter & NX system, operating in a correct and efficient manner to complement the business goals of the Company and to provide a high level of consultancy and technical service support to all users.

Main Duties
• Management of the PLM system. Ensure the system is always up to date through upgrades..
• Maintain service availability to agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Work with the technical area’s on design and commissioning.
Siemens Teamcenter / NX
System Management
• User account management
• Liaise with Software Product Support teams ensuring changes are implemented in accordance with their instructions.
• Applying & testing software upgrades, patches or bespoke applications.
• Communicate to all users of any system changes
• The management and application of bespoke software requests.
• Provide technical support for Teamcenter, NX, CAD, SDRC I-Deas, Altium, Sequel, CF Design, COSMOS, Vector Fields (OPERA).
• Responsible for performance, security, monitoring, & integrity of systems.
• Development of enhancements, changes, testing, and error resolution.
• Establish templates, workflow processes and access controls.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, software records and licenses.
• Create specifications & test scripts. Object creation, deletion, data population.
• Configure the appearance & behaviour of Teamcenter interface / portals (Rich / Thin Client).
• Organise, prioritise and complete tasks within given time constraints.
• Project Management.

Training
• Organise and provide internal / external Teamcenter training
Reporting System
• Management of Crystal reports (design, test, & implementation).
Swan
• To supply support as required.
Additional
• To undertake any task that may reasonably be requested.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
Essentials:
• Knowledge of supporting business within an SQL environment.
• ERP/MRP systems exposure, workflows, MS SQL server admin, SQL scripts, dashboard design, Management of business databases, testing, documentation, database design and strategy, understanding of storage technologies
Desirables:
• Teamcenter, NX, CAD, Altium, SQL database management
