Within the Military sphere, Cuerden Consulting has core expertise in the analysis of training requirements and the management of the development of training solutions to meet the changes required by new capabilities, specialist training contracts for Cyber, CIS, C4ISTAR, IM and IX, Military operations in the Land, Air and Sea domains, and in the Command and Battlespace Management arena. Along with familiarity of contemporary operations, the majority of Cuerden Consulting staff have military experience; all are solutions focused and driven to delivering exceptional results for clients.

To meet increasing demands of the business Cuerden Consulting is now recruiting for the following role on in either a permanent, associate or fixed term contract basis.

TNA Analyst/Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and win contracts.
Develop exceptional client facing relationships and manage them.
Have the cerebral capacity and intellect to grasp issues quickly along with the tenacity to analyse and research in depth to shape logical and robust options.
Have the persona to instil client confidence in your abilities.
Be able to chair meetings and decision-making fora with total confidence.
Be inclusive and able to work within a team or alone.
Have thorough knowledge of the UK Defence sector.
Must have thorough knowledge of JSP 822 and the analysis of training in the military environment.
Have experience of the assurance or production of TNAs and the development of training.
Have thorough and current knowledge of UK Armed Forces modus operandi, ideally including knowledge of deployed CIS and the operational applications in use.
