My client who is one of the UK\'s largest operators in this sector are now looking for a number of Cash in Transit Driver/Guards in the Heathrow Region due to an expansion of their client\'s needs.

You will be reporting to the Shift Manager and your job purpose will be to ensure the safe handling and transportation of all customer and company goods, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times

Therefore your main responsibilities will consist of
-Complete a vehicle check prior to any run, ensuring the vehicle is in working condition in accordance with legislation and Company Policy.
-Complete the ATM replenishment route as directed and as efficiently as possible, immediately feeding back to the Branch on any delays or service issues encountered during the working day.
-Check all ATM collections and deliveries for accuracy and complete all relevant documentation and on-site data input correctly.
-Treat cassettes and ATM hardware in accordance with training guidelines to ensure equipment is not damaged whilst in my client\'s possession.
-Provide first line maintenance on location to ensure machine is transacting prior to leaving site.
-Complete electronic journal downloads and/or paper roll replacements as required.
-Ensure that uniforms are worn correctly and all security regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times.
-Always be alert to potential threats and follow the suspicious incident procedure to ensure you minimise risk to yourself and the customer.
-Provide a courteous service to all customers, both internal and external, whilst portraying a professional image of the Company at all times.
-Be responsible to parking the vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
-Drive safely at all times abiding by the highway code, and at a speed according to conditions of the road
-Partake in any developmental training as required by the company for the role.
-Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the Branch Operation.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following:-
Essential:
-A full UK driving licence (C1 minimum) with 6 points or less, but no drink driving offences.
-Well presented and of professional appearance
-Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
-Must be mature, reliable and responsible
-Demonstrate an ability to be able to plan and prioritise own workload
-Ability to work as a team member and form positive partnerships with colleagues and customers
-Can successfully complete a numeracy and literacy test to the required standard
-Successfully obtain CVIT licence, and complete necessary exams for this, training will be provided
-Must be able to learn and understand complex ATM working procedures
-Able to accurately complete documentation and transpose data
-Confident user of PC/Electro-mechanical hardware
-Flexible attitude, able to work extended hours on occasions when required

Desirable:
-Demonstrate experience of working in a confidential and sensitive environment
-Experience in a front-line customer service environment
-Experience of working in a fast-paced, time sensitive working environment
-Experience and an understanding of CVIT services

Please Note: All positions at my client are dependant on a full 10-year vetting and history check. You must NOT APPLY if you have any of the following:

-County Court Judgement (even settled CCJs are unacceptable)
-Criminal record

You should be able to provide records (utility bills, council tax bills) to prove your residency for the past 5 years, and be able to provide your work / education / unemployment history for the previous 10 years.

The pay will start at £9.75 during your training and will rise to £10.75, after 12 week training and vetting, with London Weighting of £2,394.94. You will be working an average of 45 hrs per week on a 4 on/3 off rota which will include weekends and Bank holidays, although on Bank Holidays you will get a 25% up lift as well as an extra day off. Therefore you can earn in excess of £27,500 per year.
